Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all our diving packages and holidays.
Conditions of Diving
- Any replacement costs incurred through breakages or loss of loaned equipment will be charged at recommended retail price.
- Any additional services will be paid for before departure.
- All dive equipment must be servicable and suitable for the diving intended.
- Casa Quireza SC is not responsible for any loss or damage to belongings outside the boundaries of Casa Quireza.
- Casa Quireza SC reserves the right to refuse a diver or the group if the Dive Leader's safety instructions are ignored. Any persons refused will not be eligible for a refund.
- If diving is cancelled due to bad weather then the day's diving will be refunded upon departure.
Diving Holidays offered by Dive Galicia
- All prices are based on two people sharing accommodation.
- For transfers from Oporto airport there is a sur-charge of £120.00 per group of up to 8 people.
- Booking confirmation and payment requirements:
- If you book two months or more in advance, a 50% deposit is required when you make the booking, with the remaining balance payable 30 days before arrival.
- If you book less than two months in advance, a 65% deposit is required when booking, with the remaining balance payable 30 days before arrival.
- If you book 30 days or less before your intended stay then you are required to pay in full when booking.
- Cancellation and refunds. If cancellations received in writing, a refund may be made according to the following criteria:
- If notice of cancellation is received 3 months before arrival date, a full refund will be given.
- If notice is given 2 months before arrival date then a refund of 25% of the balance paid will be given.
- If notice is given less than 2 months before arrival date then no refund will be given and you any deposit will be lost.
Spanish Diving Legislation Requirements
The following rules MUST be observed to comply with Spanish diving legislation.
- All divers must provide originals of dive qualification and insurance such as BSAC membership. These must be carried onboard by the skipper during diving operations.
- Medical insurance is also required by law.
- Maximum diving depth is 30 msw.
- No solo diving is permitted.
To ensure compliance with these terms and conditions, All groups must follow the guidance given by the qualified dive leader provided.
