Diving Holidays
Booking one our dive holiday packages means that you can book your diving and your place to stay all in one go.
We will pick you up from Santiago airport and take you to our guest house, Casa Quireza, near Pontevedra and in the heart of the Galician countryside. As well as putting you up for the duration of your stay, we'll also feed you generously sized evening meals in surroundings that are perfect for recounting the day's experiences.
We also ensure that everything for your dive is organised for you - from the fee payment and permits you need to dive to the tea and biscuits you need when you get back onto the boat!
Our dive packages are intended for qualified divers and can be modified to suit individuals and groups. Full kit rental is also available. Prices below include cylinder and weightbelt hire.
Week-long Diving Packages
Book one of these packages and during your holiday you will spend 5 days diving, with a total of 10 dives from the RIB. We will also provide you with cylinder refills and weights. The rest of the time may be spent however you wish - seeing the sights or just recovering from the week's exertions.
For any non-divers that may be accompanying you, we provide day tickets to the islands of Ons or Cies. These islands are part of the same National Park as the dive sites, and are a great day out for those who prefer to stay on dry land.
Long Weekend Diving Package
Arrive on Thursday to an aperitif and evening meal. It's up early on Friday for breakfast and two dives, and then after lunch an afternoon spent relaxing on the beach before returning in the evening for a three-course meal.
On Saturday it's breakfast followed by two dives, with lunch on the island of Ons. In the afternoon a guided walk or visit to a local winery, depending on weather. You'll then return to Casa Quireza for another three-course evening meal.
No rest on Sunday: breakfast then off to Santiago de Compostela for a guided tour, including entry to Cathedral and museums and a tasting of the local speciality cakes and wines. The afternoon is free to explore the city or just chill at Casa Quireza, then enjoy your final three-course evening meal.
Your final day here, Monday, have breakfast and then it's time to start back to the airport.
This package assumes flights between London Stansted and Santiago de Compostela, with flight times correct in Spring 2007. If you want a weekend package but are flying from a different airport, please contact us at info@divegalicia.com
