The National Finals Song Contest consists in a competition between all those songs that participated in the National Preselections for the Eurovision Song Contest and didn't make it to the final.

Anyone who wants to take part in the contest as a jury, must register first.

The contest has three rounds:

FIRST ROUND:

All songs from National Finals that have been performed live on a tv show are voted by juries giving them points in a rank from 1 to 6 (meaning 1 as bad and 6 as excellent). The top 100 songs with the best average score will progress to the semifinals.

SEMIFINALS:

100 songs will qualify for semifinals. There will be 4 groups of 25 songs each. Juries vote for each semifinal in the eurovision way (1 to 12 points). Top 6 songs from each group will progress to the final

FINAL:

24 songs will contest in the NFSC Final. And the winner will be chosen by the points given by the juries in the eurovision way (1 to 12 points).
