This is a so called "pen painting" with black ink on a white background by Adriaen Salm 1657-1720. This is a very difficult technique but very accurate.
Adriaen Salm lived in the small whaling town Delfshaven now part of Rotterdam.
The picture mentions Abraham but should be Adriaen.Now-a-days Salm's paintings are highly in demand by whaling museums all over the world.
