how to write Chinese letters

This website explains a few things about writing Chinese letters (called かんじ in Japan) with a ballpen, marker or pencil. Not with a brush. Most Japanese use a brush to write about as often as you use parchment and quill.

This website is not intended to be an introduction to the Japanese language. I have another website about the Japanese language.

For the first lesson, you'll need square-ruled paper, white paper, and a black marker.
