This locomotive is a free design, i.e., it is not a scale reproduction of a real machine. It was made as a railway engineering project from its beginning. It is an original product assigned to do rail service with the modern locomotive features. These are not substantial differences between this machine and a large one.

The desing phase started with the planes in 2001. Its building began in December 2003. The chassis was placed on the line the 24th of june 2004. The 12th of December of the sance year it was put to the test of a 1 Km distance. It made its first journey as a self-gouverning machine driver from the cabin 1. It was painted in March 2006 and finished in the three following months. The 18th of June 2006 it made its first journey driven from the cabin 2. It was put at people's service the 2nd of July 2006. Its featureswere improved by an external controller box. Its building was finally brought to end on the 10th of August 2007 with an alteration to the brakes and sensors.
