Professional activity in the Polytechnic University of Catalunya

Professor of the Department of Electronic Engineering and of the Barcelona Telecommunication School of Engineering  in the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Experience in Physics of semiconductors, Electronic  Devices,  Radiofrequency and Microwaves Devices and particularly in the Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor.
