What you do depends on what sort of printer you want to print to and what TCP/IP package you are running.  For UCX and an HP Laserjet printer, try something like:

$ INIT /QUEUE /DEVICE /PROCESSOR=UCX$TELNETSYM  /ON=<NODE>::9100 /START  <QUEUE_NAME>

	There are also LPR/LPD queues which are a lot more complicated to set up.  See your UCX documentation or the doc for whatever package you are running.
