* The shipping cost would be free for all the Countries arround the world if you order price is more that €35. If you don't buy enought the shipping cost is €7.

•  Epsilon use a pay-pal e-store because is secure and free to costumer. If you don't have a pay-pal account you could have one for free in the pay-pal web. It's easy and you can use your credit card.

•  When i recive the payment i send you the order in two or three days maximum. If i have any problem with the order, i send you and e-mail with the information.

•  If when you receive the order, you don't like the product, don't worry send me and e-mail. We send you the Spanish physical address. When i receive the product i send you your money but you pay all the shipping cost.

•  The painting quality is similar to the epsilon Catalogue. The artist it's the same.

•  Is possible that the shipping time changes. (3 days if the piece is easy to paint and 15 if the piece is complicated) We send you and e-mail with the approximate delivery dates.
