A
great energetic alternative the century twenty-one offers to us, is the solar
power.

The Sun offers to us energy as light and heat, we can use
those two forms of energy to generate electricity or to warm water. The
content of the following study will try to use the resources of the solar
light and the conversion to electricity that can be stored into batteries and
will cover the basic resources of one small house. |
|
This work is developed for the people not only
motivated by the production and consumption of alternative energies, and also
they must have the sufficient resources and tools for the construction of there
own solar installation.

The necessary tools for the construction of our
solar power solution are the following ones: -
Basic tools for electronics (welders, tin,
screwdriver) -
Electronic components (transistors, resistances,
condensers) -
Different equipments for electronics (Tester,
pgm EPROM) -
Solar Panels and Batteries. |

System AC-DC For one single family house, we
think that the system more adapted of utilization of the solar light, is the
system AC-DC this system uses the resources of low tension produced by the
solar panels and stored into batteries (DC) in the form of 12 or 24 volts for
utilization in domestic appliances like the computer or the Tv. For the rest of the domestic appliances,
like electrical light, we will use one inverter device that convert the 24
volts batteries into alternate tension of 220 volts (AC). For the freezer, due it needs 220 volts AC
and high power to start up, we will need a special inverter controlled by the
proper freezer thermostat. |
Phases
of construction of our solar house:

Preparation of land: We study about a small house of about 30m2 in wood, on a plot of
about 150m2. One time the plot is clean, we prepare a base of armed cement of
about 15cm deep for supporting the house.
To this base we perform the capture of water and the outlet. We
observe that one roof will be orientated to the south, this will facilitate
to us the installation of the solar panels. |

House installation: It
is a careful work, and must be perform by professionals as we can see in the
images. |

Closing of the plot and Solar Panels In
this phase we complete the closing of the plot and adapt the low part of the
housing for diverse uses like batteries container, and a lumber room of other
materials. We will mount the solar panels on a frame constructed based on
profiles metallic and installed on the roof with an inclination adapted to
the Sun. |

Finished the electrical home circuit: In
this phase we have to convert several plugs of 220 volts AC in the house into
special plugs for 12/24 volts DC for it, we will use a new type of plug
monoposition for the use of DC. That
we will be able to use to power small domestic appliances to 12 or 24 volts And last one, we will install the batteries
container. |
