CORNBREAD

1 litre of mineral water
1 glass of corn meal
A pinch of unrefined seasalt
Sesame oil

 

Boil the water and add the salt. Add the corn meal slowly stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.

When it is all well mixed put a little oil in a baking dish (not aluminium) and add the mixture. Brush a

little oil on top too. Bake in the oven for about 20 - 30 minutes till golden brown.
