HOW
DO WE ARRIVE AT IMBALANCE?
Since the Industrial Revolution our food has become more refined, we eat more animal foods, meat and dairy products.
We also take sugar in excess. Most of the food we purchase is full of chemicals, E additives etc.
So it is no wonder that we have to pay for this unnatural lifestyle with our health.
The proof is that all incidences of illnesses is continually increasing in incredible proportions.
The body normally eliminates excess and waste through the normal elimination process by bowel movement, urination, respiration (exhaling CO2) and perspiration.
Mentally we discharge through wave vibrations through our daily thoughts and expressions. When we have excess than we discharge through anger and fear.
Woman have an additional advantage in discharging which include menstruation, childbirth and lactation.
Nevertheless when excess continues abnormal elimination process begins.
1. Elimination through the Skin - In this way organs and tissues get rid of toxins. This happens when:
- The kidneys and liver can´t properly clean the bloodstream anymore.
- Heart and other organs also begin to weaken.
Causes: Heavy consumption of sugar, refined flour products, tropical fruits, sweet beverages and animal protein.
Freckles and skin spots indicate discharge of sugar and other refined carbohydrates.
White spots reflect discharge of milk and other dairy products.
Already here we are getting indication of mild allergic reactions - skin allergy and hay fever.
Continued over consumption of milk, cheese, eggs, meat, other fatty oily or greasy foods leads to internal deposits of mucus or fat in areas that have access to the outside to begin with for example:
sinuses
lower eye lids
inner ear
lungs
Other areas of fat and mucus deposits include:
intestines
kidneys
sexual organs
Generally accumulation in one organ will also affect another one.
For example if there is mucus accumulation in the lungs, the heart beat will also become irregular or weak. We are one whole complete organism, and what affects one part will also affect the other.
The inability of the lungs to absorb oxygen and discharge carbon dioxide due to the accumulation of fat deposits will correlate with having breathing difficulties.
Next fat and mucus will be stored in deeper vital organs - heart and liver.
The blood also nourishes and creates the cells of our brains. So if the blood is over acidic, alkaline and imbalanced we will suffer from depression, confusion, extreme nervousness and disoriented behavior.
PROGRESSIVE SIGNS OF IMBALANCE
1. SIGN OF FATIGUE - If one grips the shoulder tightly, the back of the neck and there is pain.
2. ACHES AND PAINS - Muscle aches, headaches, menstrual cramps. Nervous system starts to weaken. Highly acidic.
3. BLOOD DISORDERS - The blood
is chronically over acidic, or fatty, sticky and filled with cholesterol.
Skin tones, colors and texture begins to fade.
Results: Anemia, leukemia, asthma, jaundice, varicose veins, skin diseases
etc.
4. EMOTIONAL DISORDERS - Irritability, impatience, upset, worry, fear, anger, uneasiness. Remember however that emotional discharge helps to release excessive blocked energy. At a further stage it produces frustration and anxiety.
5. ORGAN DISEASES - Here the body is in a degenerative process. Tuberculosis, heart disease, diabetes, various allergies, emphysema, ulcers, cirrhosis of the liver and gallstones. In this stage one suffers pain, infections and deficiency in the immune system.
6. NERVE DISEASES - Central nervous system looses its sense of relationship with the universe. Psychological orientation becomes disharmonious, eg. dullness, forgetfulness, manic depression, violent social behavior. Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson´s disease, paralysis.
7. ARROGANCE - Strong biochemical and energetic stagnation, separation from nature and the universe. It is however possible to dissolve arrogance correcting one´s eating pattern as well as all other symptoms.
