Rice Ball
(wrapped in Nori Seaweed)
Ingredients:
1 Cup cooked organic Brown Rice (Recipe)
Nori seaweed
Umeboshi plum or paste
1. Mix the rice with a teaspoon
of umeboshi paste
OR:
Place 1/2 to 1 umeboshi plum in the centre of each ball
2.Wet your hands
and form the rice into a ball
3.On a medium flame pass a sheet of Nori
seaweed
briefly over the fire
Cut the nori into 4 pieces square
Wet your hands again, take two of
the cut nori pieces and
form them around the rice ball
Place in a plate and decorate with Parsley and carrots.
