2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup diced onion
3 Tablespoons chopped parsley
1/4 cup grated carrots
sea salt
sesame oil for frying

Combine and mix all ingredients except oil. Knead it for a few minutes. Wash your hands and with wet hands start forming balls with the mixture. Heat sesame oil in a skillet. When its hot deep fry the balls till they are golden brown.

This dish can be served with some grated daikon or turnip with a few drops of tamari. This will help to dissolve the oil and make it easier to digest.
