SUGAR

 

Is a causative agent in serious diseases like coronary thrombosis and diabetes.

Refined sugar was introduced into man´s diet 200 years ago, (coronary
thrombosis was then unknown).

An american consumes 100lbs. of sugar a year. 25 times as much in two weeks
as our ancestors consumed (in fruit and natural form in a year).

For sugar to be broken down the liver secretes cholesterol and tryglicerides.
These are fats which eventually form deposits around the heart and arteries.
Since sugar molecules are small they turn into fat quickly. There is a correlation
between sugar consumption and higher level of cholesterol and tryglicerides.

People consuming more sugar are more prone to heart disease.

Experiment by Dr. Chishima showed that normal human red cells are destroyed
by adding 0.9% sugar. It therefore robs us of our nutrition, vitamins and destroys
our body. Destroying red blood cells our inmunization ability will be destroyed.
Therefore sugar eaters are more more vulnerable to diseases.

Sugar is 100% more yin (see yin-yang) than water. Only by giving up sugar many
sick people can improve immediately.
