Marquesa situated at Rojales about 5 miles away. Las Ramblas, Villa Martin a championship
course and Campoamor are within a 20 minute drive. The famous golf courses at
La Manga are about
45 minutes drive away. Plus a golf course is now planned to be built on
La Marina itself.
The area offers plenty of Blue Flag sandy beaches which
are safe for bathing.
The Costa Blanca has one of the best climates in the world with 320
days of sunshine on average each year.

Over the last 20 years Ciudad Quesada has developed into an award winning urbanization, finally getting it’s own Town Hall, making it a town in its own right. Beyond them the Mediterranean Sea glistens on the horizon. Further views take in the mountains and inland plains covered with orange and lemon groves filling the air with delicate aroma in flowering seasons. |

is a mainly farming area, the main crops being grapes for the local wines
(there are bodegas in most villages selling their products), almonds and
olives

are many local shops supermarkets and restaurants (try a menu del dia)
and the local bars are always worth a visit for the conversations and the tapas.

area has the best of both worlds. On one hand peaceful rural tranquility,
yet on the other hand you are only a short car journey from the bright
lights (if you really want that), and the Cities of Alicante and Murcia.
