Airport Pickup from Alicante Airport is 30
euros each way to La Marina.
They are also able to offer
Villa Rentals as seen in the photograph above with the Airport Pickup Vehicle.
These properties are at Marina del Mar at La Marina. These properties
are 3 Bedrooms and sleep 6 people. All have the use of a communal
Swimming Pool in a quiet area of the Urbanisation, but are near to the supermarket,
restaurants and bars

A holding deposit of 75 euros is required on all rentals (returnable on the departure of the property). The premises are vacated by 12 noon unless an alternative arrangement has been made. No pets are allowed in the rental properties under any circumstances and non smokers are preferred.
Ken and Senga also operate a
"Guided Tour Service" here on the Costa Blanca.
This is extensively
used by photographers, golfers, bowlers, bird watchers etc. Full details of these

Casa Carmen offers B & B in the Spanish countryside for
one or two persons at reasonable rates. We are 30 minutes from Alicante
airport and 35 minutes from the coast, with easy access to the Autovias. Therefore
we are ideally situated for looking at country properties in the local areas
(eg Villena, Castalla, Onil, Elda, Elche), for visiting friends, or for a short
relaxing break.

The accommodation is separate from the main house and comprises
a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Facilities include the use of the
pool and terraces, with complimentary tea and coffee. Snacks and drinks
are available to purchase.

facilities. It is detached from the main house and has it's own private patio
area, ensuring complete privacy for the guests.

would expect from a first class Bed and Breakfast. Ideal for property
inspections, and Golfing enthusiasts. It is 4 km from the beach and there are
numerous Bars and Restaurants within a 5 min walking distance. Set in the rural
area of Costa Blanca there are many town and villages to explore.

Set in a rural area the mountains can be
seen a few kilometers away, the location is famous for it's Oranges and Lemon
Groves and just a few kilometers away there is the wine growing area of Murcia.
The Golf course is 200 yards away (not as stated 15 min walk)
There is a
Market held every Wednesday in the town of Guardamar and every Thursday in the
nearby village of Rojales. There are festivals throughout the year. For those
who wish to travel further afield there are the resorts of Benidorm, La Manga,
Alicante, and the small resorts of La Zenia, Punta Prima, Cabo Roig which are
south of Torrevieja. There are many historical places to visit ie. Orihuela,
Murcia, Elche and numerous coastal and scenic routes to take.

If you are going out under your own steam, we can still arrange to have you shown around, but keep in mind that if possible we would need some kind of warning as to when you wish to be shown around plus of course a little guidance as to what you are looking for. We can arrange all this from the UK Office. If however you find yourself in Spain and need help, the person you need to speak to is Ian Dundas-Collins on 96 679 0844. If calling from the UK add 0034 before the number. If you see the property of your choice you will need to put down a holding deposit. The best way of doing this is via travelers cheque's. Please be aware of the fact that when in Spain "personal cheque's" are frowned upon and will not often be accepted. This often leads to a lot of heartache and occasionally a client loses their ideal property.
