Sobre la CIRCULACIÓN DE FLUIDOS en el ser humano
Resulta curioso examinar las cuatro clases de circulación de fluidos que tienen lugar en el interior de los seres humanos.
* Por un lado es interesante desde el punto de vista ingenieril para comprender cómo la Naturaleza ha resuelto la circulación en función de las caracteristicas del fluido y su posible aplicación práctica en la industria.
* Por otro nos devuelve los pies al suelo de forma que vemos nuestro paralelismo con otros seres vivos 'inferiores'.
Así que identifico cuatro clases de movimiento:
# Respiración (materia=gas): Para la respiración somos como un celentéreo pues tenemos la misma abertura para la entrada de aire fresco y para la salidad de aire usado.
# Digestión (materia=sólido y líquido): Para la digestión somos como un gusano pues tenemos una entrada y una salida en lugar opuesto a la entrada.
# Circulación (materia=líquido): Para la circulación somos como una ameba, sin entradas ni salidas pero manteniendo el contenido en continuo movimiento. Hay dos filtros que son uno de entrada en el intestino y uno de salida en los riñones, y en ambos casos se emplea el mecanismo de ósmosos o asimilación a través de una membrana.
# Sistema nervioso (fluido=energía): En este caso no hay flujo de materia, pero si describimos el mecanismo de modo esquemático actuamos como un muelle, que a un estímulo externo que lo comprime reacciona con una fuerza proporcional que tiende a relajarlo de nuevo, siempre la respuesta al estímulo en el sentido de evitar la acumulación.
La mala noticia no es esta, sino que como sucede en todos los casos en que hay circulación, hay riesgo de atasco, con consecuencias generalmente malas.

'Anticipo' sobre el atasco. La influencia del 'caos'.
El ejemplo típico de atasco es cuando todos quieren salir de la ciudad con su coche a la misma hora del día en que empieza un 'puente', o cuando el servidor de internet se bloquea porque todos quieren 'navegar' a la vez.
El atasco en todas sus formas es la causa de las mayores disfunciones del comportamiento colectivo, y la que más potencial de mejora tiene por su repercusión, medida en tiempo y recursos perdidos.
Basta con considerar el tiempo y los recursos perdidos de manera irreversible por todos los automovilistas y acompañantes en un atasco matutino a la entrada de la ciudad para ir a trabajar. O el atasco de la correspondencia en fechas próximas a la Navidad, que ha de resolverse pagando diez veces más por el transporte urgente de una carta urgente mediante un 'courrier'.
Más generalmente, para ver la importancia económica de los 'atascos', consideremos el coste agregado del mantenimiento de todos los stocks producidos socialmente (sumando los de las empresas productoras y las distribuidoras por falta de planificación o falta de coordinación de recursos. O ¿por que no acostumbrarnos a considerar las cifras del paro como un atasco social de primera envergadura?. de hecho hay tres grandes clases de atasco en el 'tejido productivo'.
1. - EL DE PERSONAS EN PARO, O EN SUBACTIVIDAD.
2. - EL DE MAQUINAS Y RECURSOS QUE EXISTEN Y ESTÁN SIN EMPLEAR O PRODUCIENDO PRODUCTOS DEFECTUOSOS,
3. - EL DE MERCANCIAS, PRODUCTOS SEMIELABORADOS ALMACENADOS Y CREDITOS.
El primer grupo de elementos productivos atascados es el más importante desde el punto de vista de la conducta humana: Su incidencia es directa entre las propias personas afectadas, ya que hace que perciban su entorno desde un punto de vista competitivo básico. Son condiciones inestables que provocan reacciones 'positivas' de autosuperación y de búsqueda de otro empleo y 'negativas' de depresión y crisis vital. Tanto si la situación es de desempleo como de actividad a un ritmo ineficiente el efecto que produce se manifiesta como gran malestar y depresión. Nuestro organismo nos indica situación de riesgo.
El segundo grupo de elementos atascados es el que se produce típicamente por tener una máquina parada o que funciona mal. Ejemplos: una empresa de transporte que tiene un camión parado. Una máquina herramienta en una cadena de producción que se está empleando a mitad de su capacidad. Una fábrica de productos en serie que produce una proporción de elementos defectuosos que obliga a una revisión 100 % de los mismos, produciéndose un 'cuello de botella' del proceso productivo. Una línea de teléfono con ruido, que no permite seguir una conversación. Una avería en el ordenador. El resultado vivido humanamente es de frustración.
Cuando se incrementan los stocks en un almacén o en una empresa, "no hay salida" para las mercancías y no hay 'liquidez'. Todo se vuelve pesado y difícil. Las cosas más elementales obligan a dedicar un enorme esfuerzo y tiempo. Servir un pedido significa a veces mover varias plataformas para encontrar la que se busca. esto hay que repetirlo muchas veces porque cuando hay un atasco de mercancías, es difícil cumplir los plazos y todo se vuelve urgente. Si la mercancía que se atasca es 'dinero' (prestamos que hayque devolver con intereses), hay que vender y facturar otras mercancías en un plazo para liquidar deudas vencidas, salvo que estemos dispuestos a aumentar la deuda y el apremio. Este tipo de stock produce sensación de impotencia, ya que indica incapacidad para manejar el flujo de bienes que previamente está acordado y que por ello mismo se consideraba necesario.
A la vista de lo anterior queda claro que el 'atasco' es percibido como causa de un gran conjunto de males sociales, derivados de nuestra actividad de grupo. Curiosamente más relacionados con la existencia de mecanismos y recursos (medios), si bien con una escasez relativa, que con una ausencia de ellos.
Pero además es la causa de extinción del comportamiento individual, bien sea en su manifestación de trabajo para la colectividad, bien sea de la vida misma: si consideramos como atasco lo que ocurre con los fluidos sanguíneos en un infarto.
O también podemos pensar en otro tipo de atasco, que anula la faceta más humana de la conducta: el 'atasco' producido por el hecho de que muchas personas no tengan acceso al conocimiento o lo tengan completamente 'sesgado', a pesar de que hay fuentes sociales del mismo o precisamente mediante la manipulación de dichas fuentes.
Con ello queda claro que el atasco como problema es una sugerente fuente de estudio inédito hasta la fecha, que habrá de dar mucho juego en el inmediato futuro. Se tiende a considerar todos los problemas desde un punto de vista ideal, en condiciones 'reproducibles' y aisladas de toda la realidad con lo que el estudio de la propia realidad se dificulta. La realidad es 'caótica'. Si no tenemos en cuenta las condiciones del entorno nos estamos perdiendo algo importante.
El atasco es parte de ese caos real. Comprenderlo ayuda a crear los mecanismos para combatirlo. Dado que el conocimiento usado de forma masiva es lo único que nos separa de nuestros 'primos' los chimpancés, debemos tomarnos en serio abordar la manera de reducir las incertidumbres derivadas de fenómenos relativos al atasco.

ExportTiddlersPlugin provides an interactive control panel that allows you to select and extract tiddlers from your ~TiddlyWiki document, and write them into another file, using one of several different file formats:
* ~TiddlyWiki - a complete, stand-alone, standard TiddlyWiki HTML document
* ~PureStore - a small HTML archive file containing tiddler data only (no core code)
* ~PlainText - a simple TXT text file with tiddler source listings
* ~NewsFeed - an XML-format file that can be published for RSS syndication.

2006.05.11 [2.2.2] in createExportPanel, removed call to addNotification() to no longer auto-refresh the list every time a tiddler is changed. Instead, call refreshExportList(0) only when the panel is first rendered and each time it is made visible. Prevents unneeded feedback messages from being displayed and increases overall document performance, since the listbox is no longer being updated each time a tiddler is saved.
2006.05.02 [2.2.1] Use displayMessage() to show number of selected tiddlers instead of updating listbox 'header' item after each selection. Prevents awkward 'scroll-to-top' behavior that made multi-select via ctrl-click nearly impossible. Reported by Paul Reiber.
2006.04.29 [2.2.0] New features: "Notes" are free-form text that is inserted in the header of a TWDIV export file. When exporting to a server, the "notify" checkbox indicates that server-side script processing should send an email message when the export file is stored on the server. Comma-separated addresses may be typed in, or pre-defined in the SiteNotify tiddler.

The buttons and prefix text are wrapped in a span with class fontResizer, for easy css styling.
To change the default font-size, and the maximum and minimum font-size allowed, edit the config.fontSize.settings section of the code below.

This plugin assumes that the initial font-size is 100% and then increases or decreases the size by 10%. This stepsize of 10% can also be customized.

This plugin lets you selectively combine tiddlers from any two TiddlyWiki documents. An interactive control panel lets you pick a document to import from, and then select which tiddlers to import, with prompting for skip, rename, merge or replace actions when importing tiddlers that match existing titles. Automatically add tags to imported tiddlers so they are easy to find later on. Generates a detailed report of import 'history' in ImportedTiddlers.

This plugin lets you selectively combine tiddlers from any two TiddlyWiki documents. An interactive control panel lets you pick a document to import from, and then select which tiddlers to import, with prompting for skip, rename, merge or replace actions when importing tiddlers that match existing titles. Automatically add tags to imported tiddlers so they are easy to find later on. Generates a detailed report of import 'history' in ImportedTiddlers.

Press ''[browse]'' to select a TiddlyWiki document file to import, and then press ''[open]''. Alternatively, you can type in the path/filename or a remote document URL (starting with http://). When you have entered the desired source location, press ''[load]'' to retrieve the tiddlers from the remote source. //Note: There may be some delay to permit the browser time to access and load the document before updating the listbox with the titles of all tiddlers that are available to be imported.//
Select one or more titles from the listbox (hold CTRL or SHIFT while clicking to add/remove the highlight from individual list items). Use the ''[-]'', ''[+]'', or ''[=]'' links to adjust the listbox size so you can view more (or less) tiddler titles at one time. ''Import Tagging:''
Tiddlers that have been imported can be automatically tagged, so they will be easier to find later on, after they have been added to your document. New tags are entered into the "add tags" input field, and then //added// to the existing tags for each tiddler as it is imported.
''Skip, Rename, Merge, or Replace:''
When importing a tiddler whose title is identical to one that already exists, the import process pauses and the tiddler title is displayed in an input field, along with four push buttons: ''[skip]'', ''[rename]'', ''[merge]'' and ''[replace]''.
To bypass importing this tiddler, press ''[skip]''. To import the tiddler with a different name (so that both the tiddlers will exist when the import is done), enter a new title in the input field and then press ''[rename]''. Press ''[merge]'' to combine the content from both tiddlers into a single tiddler. Press ''[replace]'' to overwrite the existing tiddler with the imported one, discarding the previous tiddler content.
//Note: if both the title ''and'' modification date/////time match, the imported tiddler is assumed to be identical to the existing one, and will be automatically skipped (i.e., not imported) without asking.//
''Import Report History''
When tiddlers are imported, a report is generated into ImportedTiddlers, indicating when the latest import was performed, the number of tiddlers successfully imported, from what location, and by whom. It also includes a list with the title, date and author of each tiddler that was imported.
When the import process is completed, the ImportedTiddlers report is automatically displayed for your review. If more tiddlers are subsequently imported, a new report is //added// to ImportedTiddlers, above the previous report (i.e., at the top of the tiddler), so that a reverse-chronological history of imports is maintained.
If a cumulative record is not desired, the ImportedTiddlers report may be deleted at any time. A new ImportedTiddlers report will be created the next time tiddlers are imported.
Note: You can prevent the ImportedTiddlers report from being generated for any given import activity by clearing the "create a report" checkbox before beginning the import processing.

El antiguo Lotus 123 en su versión 2.2 (antes de que se popularizara el Windows) era capaz de hacer cálculos con macros programados en una especie de 'basic', de forma muy eficiente. El ciclo económico básico es el de

# DISFRUTE=DISIPACIÓN y consumo de los bienes producidos y luego distribuídos siguiendo unas reglas económicas consideradas justas (equilibradas) y por tanto dando lugar a una situación más estable.

Los ciclos económicos estudiados con un modelo basado en el equilibrio, aparecen como los verdaderos agentes de la evolución social, y por tanto de la Historia. En efecto: La sociedad humana reacciona ante el estímulo del hambre y de la miseria o del ansia de poder, conquistando nuevos territorios y propiedades, bien sea por medios militares, como por medios comerciales y de propiedad.
En cada época el gobierno de un país está marcado por el liderazgo de una persona (elegida o que ha tomado el poder por la fuerza), que responde a los problemas del momento. Esos problemas suelen ser los derivados de ineficiencias en la economía que producen acumulaciones insostenibles. La acumulación de la riqueza en unas pocas manos al tiempo que la mayoría del pueblo pasaba hambre, ha sido la causa de innumerables revoluciones.
En los tiempos modernos conocemos con el nombre de inflación y paro otros dos estímulos capaces de cambiar el rumbo de una sociedad. Ambos son acumulaciones insostenibles:
* En el caso del paro, acumulación de fuerza de trabajo ociosa que no puede esconderse de la vista porque está formada por personas que no tienen capacidad de adquirir sus necesidades.
* En el caso de la inflación, acumulación de un precio inalcanzable por la mayoría, en productos de primera necesidad.
Cuando la gente está en paro o no puede comprar lo que necesita, es propicia a que se produzca un cambio de gobierno (e incluso de régimen), para conseguir un reparto más equilibrado de los bienes.
En este contexto, la misión de un Estado moderno que tenga voluntad de beneficiar al pueblo es la de posibilitador de los procesos de producción, distribución y disfrute de los bienes por medio de leyes y reglas que permitan a los agentes sociales (personas y empresas) realizar su función sin interferencias y con garantías.

!Description
This plugin provides trash bin functionality. Instead of being permanently removed, deleted tiddlers are tagged with "Trash." Empty the trash by clicking on the <<emptyTrash>> button in the [[Trash]] tiddler. Holding down CTRL while clicking on "delete" will bypass the trash.
!Installation instructions
Create a new tiddler in your wiki and copy the contents of this tiddler into it. Name it the same and tag it with "systemConfig".
Save and reload your wiki.
!Uninstallation instructions
1. Empty the [[Trash]] ( <<emptyTrash>> )
2. Delete this tiddler.
